HOW DOES CLARIVENTO HELP ME ADVANCE?
You’ll gain insights into industry practices, learn practical skills, and receive ongoing mentorship. Clarivento also hosts online workshops, webinars, and community sessions to broaden learning opportunities.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN?
Clarivento is designed for individuals from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds. We welcome participants from all disciplines, roles, and experience levels within creative and tech industries.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A MENTEE?
Commitment to regular meetings with your mentor, preparation of topics or questions for discussion, and active engagement in workshops and networking events.
WILL I GET JOB OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH CLARIVENTO?
Clarivento facilitates professional connections and guidance but does not guarantee employment. Participants often gain career clarity, skills, and valuable contacts.
APPLICATIONS
CAN I APPLY AGAIN IF I PARTICIPATED LAST YEAR?
Yes, previous participants can apply again, whether as a mentee or a mentor, if they want to continue learning or share expertise.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A PORTFOLIO OR CV?
A portfolio is optional but can help mentors understand your experience. Focus on your goals and what you want to achieve in the program.
I’M A STUDENT – CAN I JOIN?
Yes, Clarivento welcomes students seeking mentorship and professional guidance alongside their studies.
CAN I APPLY AS BOTH MENTOR AND MENTEE?
Yes! If you have experience to share and are also looking to grow, you can participate in both roles.
PLATFORM & COMMUNICATION
HOW DO I ACCESS MY MENTOR/MENTEE?
Connections are made via Clarivento’s secure online platform. You can also schedule meetings via email or video calls.
CAN I CHANGE MENTORS IF IT’S NOT A GOOD FIT?
Yes, we will support you in finding a more suitable mentor or mentee if necessary.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I MEET WITH MY MENTOR?
At least once a month for the six-month program, or more frequently if agreed upon by both parties.
ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSION
I REQUIRE SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS – CAN CLARIVENTO HELP?
Yes. Clarivento is committed to accessibility and inclusion. We provide reasonable adjustments such as alternative formats, assistive technologies, or flexible scheduling.
